PAYMENT & CANCELLATION POLICY
Refund / Cancellation Policy
✓ All deposits and payments made to Travel with Sparkle, LLC are non-refundable and non-transferable. Travel partners do not provide refunds for group travel.
✓ Travel with Sparkle has contractual agreements with hotels, airlines, cruise lines, tour operators, and other travel suppliers that do not permit refunds once payments have been made.
✓ These agreements allow us to offer competitive package pricing and convenient interest-free monthly payment plans for your vacation.
✓ If you’re unable to attend, you may sell your spot to another traveler. The sale must be arranged directly between you and the new traveler.
We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance to help protect your trip investment in the event of cancellation, illness, or other unforeseen circumstances.
Group Rate Disclaimer
Trip pricing is based on a group rate and may change if the number of participants falls below the minimum required to maintain that rate. The trip will operate as scheduled regardless of the final group size. Travel with Sparkle reserves the right to modify the itinerary as needed for group travel.
Prices
All prices are subject to change without notice due to circumstances beyond Travel with Sparkle’s control, including changes to taxes, fuel surcharges, tariffs, government-imposed fees, or supplier pricing. Whenever possible, any applicable price changes will be communicated before final payment.
Name Changes
Name changes are permitted, when allowed by the travel supplier, for a $200.00 fee per name change, in addition to any supplier-imposed fees.
Cancel For Any Reason (CFAR) Coverage
Cancel For Any Reason (CFAR) insurance is highly recommended. CFAR coverage must be purchased within 14 days of your initial trip deposit to qualify, subject to the insurance provider’s eligibility requirements. New York residents are not eligible to purchase CFAR coverage through our preferred provider and must select a standard travel protection plan if purchasing coverage through that provider.
Travel Protection Waiver
If you choose not to purchase travel protection, you must sign and return a Travel Protection Waiver within 14 days of your initial deposit. Failure to purchase travel protection or submit a signed waiver within the required timeframe may affect your booking. No exceptions will be made to this policy.

U.S. citizens must obtain a tourist visa to enter Zimbabwe. The easiest option is to purchase a Visa on Arrival at Victoria Falls Airport or other ports of entry. An eVisa is also available before travel through the Zimbabwe Immigration system.

HEALTH REQUIREMENTS
Yellow Fever
A Yellow Fever vaccination certificate is only required if you are arriving from or have recently transited through a country with a risk of Yellow Fever transmission. It is not required when traveling directly from the United States.
Immunizations
For your travels to South Africa, Zimbabwe, Botswana and Seychelles no mandatory immunizations are required. Nevertheless, it is recommended to consider taking anti-malaria medication as a precautionary measure.

To ensure timely preparation, we recommend contacting your doctor with any questions. They will be able to provide personalized guidance on necessary immunizations and their optimal scheduling.

TRAVEL INSURANCE
PLEASE NOTE: Travel Insurance is high key recommended to protect yourself while traveling. If you decline to purchase insurance, you must fill out a travel insurance declined waiver form. Insurance is sold separately and is strongly advised. Insurance is quoted on an individual basis depending on the passenger’s age and total amount of the vacation package.
Based on Travel with Sparkle's travel’s current cancellation policies the passenger may incur up to 100% cancellation penalties and should protect themselves with cancellation insurance.
If you decide not to take the insurance, you must sign a waiver that you declined. Cost of insurance varies depending on the level of insurance you want.
Policy must be brought within 14 days of deposit placed on trip. New York residents are not able to purchase 'cancel for any reason' insurance. Standard insurance must be taken or a letter waiving insurance must be emailed 14 days after deposit is received. No exceptions.
Insurance: I further acknowledge that I have been advised to purchase travel insurance to protect my investment. The purchase of travel insurance to cover your vacation investment is HIGHLY RECOMMENDED for unexpected circumstances that neither the travel agent nor the client can control. It is to be noted that if you do not add travel insurance, your entire trip investment as well as medical emergencies may be at risk. Note: Insurance claim approval is determined by the travel insurance company, and Travel with Sparkle accepts absolutely no responsibility for any denied claims.
To cancel your reservation please fill out the cancellation form located at Travelwithsparkle.com under customer support on the website. It is highly recommended to take travel insurance. A travel insurance claim will have to be processed for any refund per the insurance companies terms and conditions.
