Travel with Sparkle is a full-service travel consultant agency specializing in Group and Luxury Travel. We design individual and group arrangements to international destinations. Domestic travel is designed rarely on a case by case basis. Most domestic travel arrangements are designed for group travel only.

Yes, Travel with Sparkle is an accredited and licensed agency with CLIA (Cruise Line International Association) and IATA (International Air Transport Association). We are also a member of ASTA (American Society of Travel Agents) and a Travel Leaders affiliate Agency.

Our business hours are 11 am – 6 pm, Monday-Friday. Saturday and Sunday by appointment only.

We accept all four major credit cards: Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express. Checks and money orders are also accepted.

Group and customized trips are nonrefundable and non-transferable.

For packaged individual trips, please see our terms and conditions policy. Clients are required to accept our terms and conditions policy before reservation is accepted. We strongly encourage clients to invest in travel insurance to protect your investment.

If you are making a payment for a group or customized trip, please follow the Paypal link on the payments page.

If you are paying for a domestic, Caribbean or trip to Mexico and have a booking/confirmation number, please fill out the payment form located in the payments page. You will need your confirmation number to make a payment by credit card.

Yes, you can make reservations on any event at any time, as long as the reservations are still open. You will need to make the first deposit, and then make monthly payments each month. You may need to double up on monthly payments to catch up.

Once you make your reservation, you will receive an invoice via email. Your invoice will include your monthly payment plan. It is your responsibility to make monthly payments to your account.

For individual travel packages with a booking/confirmation number given, please fill out the credit card authorization form under the payment tab.

If you need to cancel your vacation, please fill out the trip cancellation form.

Refunds will be contingent on the terms of your trip.

Insurance is highly recommended to protect your travel investment. If you do not purchase insurance with Travel with Sparkle, you are required to sign an insurance waiver that you decline trip insurance.

Yes, we can arrange for roommate matching on select travel packages. Please fill out the Roommate Match Program form, which can be found under Customer Support at the bottom of the site.

If your roommate cancels their reservation, your account will be adjusted to the package price according to the new occupancy in your room.

It will be your responsibility to find new roommates, or you will have to pay the additional cost for the room occupancy change.

Travel documents and itineraries are sent to each client 14-21 days before the event via email.

Yes. Vacation planning involves a great deal of time and work. We will research all suppliers to find you the best deal to fit your lifestyle. We will work with you to meet your travel needs and requirements. In order to perform the professional services required to start your travel planning, a consultation fee is required.

The consultation fee is non-refundable & non-transferable. This fee is separate from the total cost of the trip and must be paid prior to any travel planning, research, booking or additional consulting services commencing. The fee entitles you to a combination of three (3) proposals (i.e., three destinations and no revisions, one destination and two revisions, two destinations and a revision of one, etc.).

Your customized proposal will be emailed to you by 12-48 hours for the Caribbean, Mexico and cruises. Customized international quotes could take up to 4-7 days, and group international quotes could take up to 7-10 days.

Travel must be booked within 30 days of the proposal, or a new fee may be assessed. No exceptions will be made. All vacations arranged through Travel with Sparkle offers you freedom from the travel planning process, as well as 24/7 support during travel through the return trip home.
