PAYMENT DETAILS​

All payments to Travel with Sparkle, LLC are non-refundable and non-transferrable. Travel with Sparkle has contractual agreements with hotels, airlines and other vendors that will not allow us to obtain any refunds. Contractual agreements allow us to keep our package prices low and allow you to make monthly zero interest payments on your vacation.

Name change are allowed for a fee of $200.00 per name change.

Cancel for any reason insurance is highly recommended. Policy must be brought within 14 days of deposit placed on trip. New York residents are not able to purchase cancel for any reason insurance. Standard insurance must be taken or a letter waiving insurance must be emailed 14 days after deposit is received. No exceptions.​

Refund/ Cancellation Policy

To provide the best experience and pricing, our travel partners do not offer refunds for group travel.

If you are unable to attend, you may sell your spot to another traveler. Please note that the transaction will be handled directly between you and the new traveler.

We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance to protect your investment in the event of cancellation, illness, or unforeseen circumstances.

​

The above total is dependent on a group travel rate and is subject to change if the participation falls below a number consistent on a group. Travel with Sparkle reserves the right to change or modify the itinerary as needed for all group trips.

Passport Details

FAQ for visiting Tanzania

Passport Validity:

Passports must be valid for a minimum of 6 months from your scheduled return date.

​

Blank Passport Pages:

Most destinations require that you have adequate unused pages in your passport, allowing for any necessary stamps upon arrival and departure.

 

VISA Tanzania: 

You will need a passport with at least two blank pages valid for at least six months beyond the date of your arrival in Tanzania. If your passport does not meet these requirements, you will be denied entry into Tanzania.

 

Visas are required for U.S. citizens traveling to Tanzania. Foreign nationals may apply for a visa online in advance of travel. Applicants may complete the e-visa application form and make payment online with a credit card or bank transfer at https://visa.immigration.go.tz.

The current fee is $50.00 for a single entry and $100.00 for multiple entry.

Visa Requirement:
A visa is required to travel to Tanzania. It is the traveler’s responsibility to apply for and obtain the visa.

PLEASE NOTE: Travel Insurance is high key recommended to protect yourself while traveling. If you decline to purchase insurance, you must fill out a travel insurance declined waiver form. Insurance is sold separately and is strongly advised. Insurance is quoted on an individual basis depending on the passenger’s age and total amount of the vacation package.
 

Based on Travel with Sparkle's travel’s current cancellation policies the passenger may incur up to 100% cancellation penalties and should protect themselves with cancellation insurance.
