A deposit confirms agreement to the following terms: I understand all payments to Travel with Sparkle are non-refundable and non-transferable (including deposits). The above total is dependent on a group travel rate and is subject to change if the participation falls below a number consistent on a group. Travel with Sparkle reserves the right to change or modify the itinerary as needed for all group trips.

Payments: All payments to Travel with Sparkle are non-refundable and non-transferable. In an effort to negotiate the best experience and price, our travel partners do not provide refunds.
PLEASE NOTE: Travel Insurance is highly recommended to protect yourself while traveling. If you decline to purchase insurance, you must fill out a travel insurance declined waiver form. Insurance is sold separately and is strongly advised. Insurance is quoted on an individual basis based on the passenger’s age and the total cost of the vacation package.

Insurance: I further acknowledge that I have been advised to purchase travel insurance to protect my investment. The purchase of travel insurance to cover your vacation investment is HIGHLY RECOMMENDED for unexpected circumstances that neither the travel agent nor the client can control. It is to be noted that if you do not add travel insurance, your entire trip investment, as well as medical emergencies, may be at risk.
