Day 3: July 9 --- PRIVATE YACHT CRUISEPrivate Yacht Excursion Duration: 4 hours Departure time: 1:30PM Highlights Enjoy the private charter across the Isla Mujeres. At your yacht charter we will go directly to the crystal blue waters of the Caribbean sea and go straight to Isla Mujeres "Island Women". There you can go snorkeling on various coral reefs inside of the Isla Mujeres marine preserve, or at any number of other snorkeling reefs. You have your yacht rented, so you can snorkel as much or as little as you want during your yacht charter. After snorkeling you will head to the most beautiful beach of Isla Mujeres island. Playa Norte (North beach) a white sand brushing up against calm waters. It's 500 meters long beach, full of palm trees and surrounded by crystal clean waters of the Caribbean sea. For beach lovers this is just paradise! Yachts and boats dock here for the day to let people jump off and enjoy the water, chill and enjoy the beautiful views of the Island and the Caribbean sea. Feel the spray of the ocean on the sunpads of your luxury yacht or enjoy the music and sip cocktails which will be prepared for you by our crew. All payments to Travel with Sparkle, LLC are non-refundable and non-transferrable. Travel with Sparkle has contractual agreements with hotels, airlines and other vendors that will not allow us to obtain any refunds. Contractual agreements allow us to keep our package prices low and allow you to make monthly zero intrest payments on your vacation.
Name change are allowed for a fee of $200.00 per name change.
Cancel for any reason insurance is highly recommended. Policy must be brought within 14 days of deposit placed on trip. New York residents are not able to purchase cancel for any reason insurance. Standard insurance must be taken or a letter waiving insurance must be emailed 14 days after deposit is received. No exceptions.
Refund/ Cancellation Policy
A deposit confirms agreement to the following terms: I understand all payments to Travel with Sparkle are non-refundable and non-transferable (including deposits). The above total is dependent on a group travel rate and is subject to change if the participation falls below a number consistent on a group. Travel with Sparkle reserves the right to change or modify the itinerary as needed for all group trips.

FAQ for visiting Bali
Passport Validity:
Passports must be valid for a minimum of 6 months from your scheduled return date.
Blank Passport Pages:
Most destinations require that you have adequate unused pages in your passport, allowing for any necessary stamps upon arrival and departure.
VISA Indonesia
You will need a passport with at least two blank pages valid for at least six months beyond the date of your arrival in Indonesia. If your passport does not meet these requirements, you will be denied entry into Indonesia. If you traveling on a limited validity passport, such as an emergency passport, you should obtain a visa prior to arriving in Indonesia.
If you are traveling on a full-validity regular passport for tourism purposes, the following applies:
Visa Exemption: This is a no-fee stamp placed in your passport upon arrival for tourists traveling less than 30 days; no extension allowed and no adjustment to another visa status permitted. You must enter and exit through an immigration checkpoint at major airports and seaports. You also must have a return or onward ticket to another country and have not been previously refused entry or blacklisted.
TRAVEL INSURANCE
PLEASE NOTE: Travel Insurance is high key recommended to protect yourself while traveling. If you decline to purchase insurance, you must fill out a travel insurance declined waiver form. Insurance is sold separately and is strongly advised. Insurance is quoted on an individual basis depending on the passenger’s age and total amount of the vacation package.
Based on Travel with Sparkle's travel’s current cancellation policies the passenger may incur up to 100% cancellation penalties and should protect themselves with cancellation insurance.
If you decide not to take the insurance, you must sign a waiver that you declined. Cost of insurance varies depending on the level of insurance you want.

Insurance: I further acknowledge that I have been advised to purchase travel insurance to protect my investment. It is to be noted that if you do not add travel insurance, your entire trip investment as well as medical emergencies may be at risk. Note: Insurance claim approval is determined by the travel insurance company, and Travel with Sparkle accepts absolutely no responsibility for any denied claims.
To cancel your reservation please fill out the cancellation form located at Travelwithsparkle.com under customer support on the website. It is highly recommended to take travel insurance. A travel insurance claim will have to be processed for any refund per the insurance companies terms and conditions.

Flight Accommodations
Group Airfare will be offered with a payment plan in April of 2024. You are welcome to purchase your own flights and meet us at the resort.
There will be a limited amount of group seats leaving from Newark airport going to Bali. The deposit will be $250.00 non refundable deposit. You are allowed to pay make monthly payments on your airfare.
